Andy the caretaker made the whole experience. Was homely, made any concerns non existent. And was fast to follow up on any we had.

Love staying here! Always the best views and rooms are clean and comfortable😊 Unfortunately our screen doors leading onto the balcony were broken so couldn’t be used to let fresh air in (we were able to leave the glass doors open) but otherwise a perfect stay.

great view and location very central, beach just over the road,Rooms all good. We were on first floor,no lift was a bit hard for mid eighty year olds ,manageress assisted with baggage, there is also a ground floor unit.

This property is in an excellent location. Dated inside however the view and swimming pool area make up for this. We will stay again.

Location and view was spectacular. The building was dated, but the apartment was spacious. For the price, it was everything we needed and we had a lovely holiday :)

Great location - amazing views, 3 min walk to convenience store for essentials, 1-3 min walk to great restaurants, beach across the road, 10 min walk to Caloundra boardwalk/cafes, thoughtful friendly helpful managers, a bit tired/dated in decor and carparks suited to small cars, but makes up for it in everything else, already booked again to come back!

The location of the unit was perfect for what we were looking for. It was directly over the road from the beach and just a short, easy walk to cafes and shops in the Main Street.

The views were amazing, very close to the beach cafes and shops a short walk. Matt and Rose were very helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.
