The hotel staff was friendly and the check-in process was fast.

Pros: Large rooms. Cons: Old interior, floor corners starting to deteriorate, possibly moldy, no smart TV, AC not cold enough, unstable hot water.

Good hotel, only the AC in suite 1 is a bit not cool enough so it's a bit hot during the day, everything else is good.

It's great, getting executive-class amenities for that price. It's strategically located and close to everything.

Had a great stay at Best Western Premier The Hive! The breakfast spread was a real highlight — a generous buffet with nasi goreng, shredded chicken, sausages, sunny-side-up eggs, fresh fruit, salad, and a comforting cheese soup topped with grated parmesan. Everything was flavorful and well-presented, with plenty of variety for both local and international tastes. The rooftop garden dining area deserves a special mention too — string lights, hanging plants, and a cozy open-air setup make it a lovely spot to unwind in the evening. And the room views over the city skyline and highway were stunning both at dusk and at night, with the lit-up streets below adding to the atmosphere. Overall, a comfortable stay with thoughtful touches — great food, great ambiance, and great views. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The staff and hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite delicious, with a good variety of Indonesian dishes. The hotel is also conveniently located near Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, which was perfect for us as we stayed here before continuing our journey to another city. The strategic location made it very easy and convenient for travelling. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again. 😊

The room is large, city view, suitable for wedding photoshoot/wedding beauty shoot.

Yesterday, I stayed with my family for a wedding at another location. The makeup artist, wardrobe, and photographer team were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to access our hotel room on the morning of our scheduled visit. Very satisfied, I'll try the corner suite again ✨️

Very comfortable, a top-notch 4+ star hotel. Unfortunately, we can't extend our stay any longer because the weekend is fully booked. My advice is to book as many days as you need.

A highly recommended 4.5-star hotel. Very competitive prices with excellent facilities and service. Plus, there's a smoking room, a smoking area, and a swimming pool on the 5th floor. I'll definitely be back next time.

Just 10 minutes waiting for the elevator because elevator 1 can only go to the 5th floor.
