The service is always friendly and the best. But sadly, I got a corner room with small cockroaches in the bathroom huhuhuu.. I'm most afraid of being tickled by cockroaches. I don't know why the AC is on. The next morning at 9 am it's not cold so it's hot.

The location is okay. Cleanliness needs to be improved, there are still hairs in the bathroom from when it was just used. The room key needs to be checked because after checking in, I couldn't enter the room due to damage to the lock handle, even though it was immediately fixed.

The place is comfortable and the staff is very responsive. The room is quite large but there is no smart TV. The water heater is not hot enough, and the breakfast is quite good. Ask for a refill of turmeric and tamarind and it is delivered directly to the table. Thank you BWP for being my last comfortable place with you.

The hot water wasn't enough for a bathtub. The lobby is on the fifth floor, so it was a hassle. But the breakfast was okay...delicious.
