Ms Siti is the Best !!! i don't know but she's a really nice staff. help a lot, and she's very kind. even tho at that time there's some complain and problems (not from me, from other guests) she can solve it in a professional way. and any other staff is also helping me but Ms. Siti still the best ! ok let's talk about this hotel. perfect location, in China town, like it's easy to get anywhere. right in the front of an MRT Station, A department store, and a fitness center. there's 7-11 not really far from it. thanks beary best hostel. If I come back to Singapore I'm pretty sure this hostel will be my top list... thanks

The location is ok, close to everywhere. The room is cheap so there is a place to stay. The toilet is used by many people so there is always a wait. If you have trouble sleeping, you should not stay here. My Thai friend and I almost couldn't sleep for 4 nights because one of us snored like a tractor.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not provide towels, if needed, you have to pay $5. Easy check in and check out. Very close to the central area, only 200m from Chinatown

I thought the space or high from bed to the ceilling its so close, for me, my head always hit the ceilling when I woke up.

Not recommended for long stays, if it's just one night it's fine. Pros: - Very close to the MRT + bus stop. - Easy to find food around. - Good receptionist, very helpful. Cons: - the sheets + blanket are rough/feisty (you know, the ones that are washed a long time ago then appear like bullets) — it's better to bring your own cloth so you can sleep more comfortably. - the bathroom is what makes the worst experience: the floor is slippery, it smells damp really, and other residents were hanging underwear/towels in the bathroom. - the lobby and sitting area also smelled damp for some reason. This is an old hostel, so it's like you just accept it as is. It's better to add a little but get something "better".

Good location, but not worth the price for facilities. I was in the upper bed without the curtain so no privacy. No lock in the storage, you have to bring your own. Cleanliness was disappointed, hot water will be down during peak hour in the shower
