Service at the Grand Hyatt is horrendous

The resort is absolutely amazing... Huge!!!!!! Also be prepared for the daily fees are extremely high

A lot for the kids to do & the food was excellent.

Our week at Baha Mar absolutely exceeded our expectations. The restaurants were all top notch and equivalent to eating at a different restaurant in NYC every night. The prices were exorbitant and expected but the quality of the services and food almost justified it. It was a busy spring break week but the lack of pool chairs were disappointing. To pay all this money and not be able to have a seat at the pool or beach was very disappointing. The beach was also filthy. It was wild to me that they clear the chairs at the end of the day but there would be straws and cups all over the beach that following morning. Jazz bar was so much fun and so was the SLS lobby on the weekend! All in all 8 out of 10! Great place for teenagers. They had the best time.

Beautiful property. Unfortunately, we booked and paid for a room with a balcony which they didn’t have available when we got there. It happened to two other people as well because they overbooked. Disappointed.

The property is beautiful but both my two children got food poisoning from one of the restaurants and spent the whole trip in the room. Also it was unbelievably crowded.

Everything about this resort is exceptional the food, the pools, the view, the staff service, etc. The only downside was the cost of food. There really is not a low cost option for food on property.

Food a bit pricey

It was very clean and updated and the staff were very helpful and loved the overall vibe of the place and the 3 hotels together. I thought it was SUPER hard to make reservations, and did not like having to pay for chairs, but was nice to at least not have to stress about rushing out to save one and not get one, so in the end, it was probably worth it to reserve them. It was expensive for food, but the food was great....so was not dissapointed with the quality.

Wonderful spot to get away for a few days. Everything you need is right on property.

Loved everything about this place! If you want it they have it! Great service all around the resort !
