If you want a hotel experience, try another hotel. CONS. 1. Unprofessional Staff. Understaffed. When you ask for a plate or anything from calling it will take them 30 mins to an hour before they bring the item to you. Not Welcoming Receptionist and Guard. The receptionist doesn't even bother to greet you. I didn't receive any greetings from the Guard and the Receptionist from the time I checked in and out. The doorman/guard goes somewhere all the time and will leave you opening the front door of the hotel by yourself. When you're at the lobby, the receptionist will not even smile and ask for what you need, they will wait for you to speak before they respond. Very unprofessional. Housekeeping and Food Staff are Rude. One time I was waiting for their slow elevator, when it finally arrived, the crew cut the line in front of me and didn't bother asking if I was going up or down, he closed the elevator once he got in. I asked for spoon and a plate and the crew asked me for a 20 pesos fee. I was very surprised being I paid for their most expensive room. 2. Cheap Quality Items. The bed sheet keeps on getting removed from the foam. The pillowcases are yellowish, they're old. Their queen bed is just two single bed combined. Pathetic. They use a very cheap brand of toothpaste, brush, and shampoo. I paid for the best room but didn't have their best service. No ref. No heater. Disappointing. 3. Obstructed View. I thought I was gonna have a nice view but the view out the window is very obstructed. 4. False Promises. The pool is unavailable. The buffet is unavailable. Their free newspaper is unavailable. Very disappointing. PROS. 1. Walking distance to SM and Trinoma and Mercury Drug just a walk beside the Hotel. Convenient. 2. Breakfast is good. Tastes good, thankfully.
