A budget conscience property. What makes it a great property is the staff. Always there to help & so friendly. Because of them, I'll be back!!!

This hotel did not have water to flush toilets or take a shower. Staff did not care. Had large garbage buckets in hallway to grab to put in toilets. Horrible hotel- should be removed from Expedia selection!

First, when we arrived the hotel did not have our confirmed Expedia reservation. I am not sure if this is the hotel's fault or Expedia's. Without a reservation, I had to book directly. Next, the bathroom toilet seat was loose and was too small for the toilet. The room was not very clean. If we walked around in the room barefoot, our feet were dirty. The shower leaked and there was no heater. In general, this was not a good experience and we would not stay there again.

I feel the need to warn others about this horrible place... When we arrived our room had been given to another person who signed my name... They removed the other person's bags and we were able to get into the room 15 minutes after. The room was dirty, stains on the floor and the bathroom smelled like sewage when the door was opened. There were no clean towels that they could give us (they gave us four hand towels). It wasn't until the next morning when looking at the sheets that we saw the stains (mine had pizza sauce on the sheets- clearly not cleaned since the last person ate in the bed!). I have stayed in questionable places all over the world, but this one takes the cake. If you have any other options do NOT stay here. In the morning when we were checking out another couple came in and told us about their experience. Their room had been given away and they had to stay in another place a few doors down. They said that it was just horrible worse than our stay and didn't have a bathroom other than on another floor. There was also NO breakfast- When we asked they said that they could make it, but it would be 30 minutes- Not okay. I don't know how they get away with this. Again DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was way over priced for what you got and there are so many other places that are far superior for much less!

Room floor, walls, furniture were all dirty / in poor condition. Room had no source of heat. Walls / windows were very thin and you could hear everyone's voices / steps. First room had no hot water and no water pressure. Second room had hot water but no cold water. Staff kept on changing and the night guard was rude and unwelcoming. Front desk did not have change for water sold at the front des. I would never stay at this property or recommend it to anyone i know. I've stayed at $10 per night hostels that were nicer and my room was $67!

I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels in my travels, but haven't ever been in one this bad. There is not heat and it was freezing. They didn't have extra blankets and our beds broke multiple times throughout the night. The slats that hold the mattress up would fall out if you turn over or when you get in bed. The walls are filthy and the bathroom is a nightmare.

PESIMO. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HE TENIDO CON LA APLICACION Y CON UN SERVICIO DE HOSPEDAJE. Ayenda Posada Inn durante dos días no tuvieron toallas para baño y papel higiénico. No solucionaron los inconvenientes y no quisieron reembolsar el dinero. Nos comunicamos directamente con el propietario llamado FRACISCO y no le importo las condiciones con las que sus instalaciones nos estaba prestando el servicio. Dicen que cuenta con desayuno incluido y este es un pan con cafe negro HORRIBLE. Nos toco cambiar de hotel porque no podíamos seguir mas días en ese hotel sin papel higiénico ni toallas para bañarnos. Respecto a la aplicación pésimo el apoyo y servicio al cliente. Reportamos la novedad y que nos gestionaran el reembolso y la aplicación TAMPOCO RESPONDIO.

Está cerca al centro ,fácil de movilización .

Hay agua caliente AMÉN,el tv muy pequeño sin control y tienen que resolver la ducha sale el agua hacía a fuera. Pero todo te queda cerca los negocios y recogida de los bus para las excursiones. Tienes un restaurante abajo muy bueno.

A localização é ótima, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. A conservação deixa muito a desejar, o banheiro não tem box e alaga todo banheiro. O café da manhã é bem, bem básico se resume a pão, manteiga, doce, café e suco.

Habia cortes de agua en la ciudad,pero ellos no llenaban los depósitos, mas de 24h sin agua,sin agua en el wc,sin ducha y encima el personal antipático y con pocas ganas de trabajar,mal educados. Cuando llegaba el agua,ellos no encendian el agua caliente. Los hoteles de la zona llenaban sus depósitos con cisternas. Luces fundidas,que no reparan. Habitaciones sin ventana. Ah, el hotel en obras de reforma y los clientes entre escombros y pintura. No lo recomiendo en absoluto Lo peor el pers

Muy buena ubicacion, la atencion del personal muy amable y atenta. Olvide unas cosas y al regresar dias despues me las habian guardado cuidadosamente. La habitacion es comoda y con lo necesario. Seria todo mejor si controlan a algunos huespedes que al llegar o salir hacen ruido sin consideracion a los otros huéspedes. Fuera de eso, una alternativa positiva para quedarse en el Centro de Cusco.

Si buscas cuidar tu economía y únicamente un lugar reconfortante para dormir, ducharte y continuar con tu travesía es el lugar correcto! Además incluye desayuno ligero y fresco.

Hotel bem simples, meio escuro. O quarto é espaçoso tem uma tv grande, aquecedor e frigobar. O banheiro não é muito agradável, teto mofado, chuveiro não aquece muito é um banho meio frio pra morno. O recepcionista é simpático. Fui embora cedo tipo as 04:30 da manhã e não tinha ninguém no hotel, simplesmente deixei a chave na recepção e fui embora.

A limpeza não é excelente, não tinha toalha no banheiro tive que pedir e a camareira quando arrumava o quarto nunca trocava a toalha. O quarto estava com vazamento na pia de água para o chão e tinha cheiro de esgoto. Às duas vezes que precisei sair cedo não tinha ninguém na recepção para me liberar e abrir a porta. Fora isso, o atendimento dos funcionários é bom, da recepção, e o café da manhã é razoável, embora não seja self service.
