Very friendly staff, and very good daily cleaning of the rooms. I didn't like that my key card kept deactivating though and I had to keep getting it renewed multiple times per day in order to use the lift and access my room

the hotel has restaurants around but not in the same block. The Air condition very good. the staff were very nice.

Had a tough first night the place was packed with travelers no hot water for the first night. But the staff have been absolutely unbelievable. The room is superbly clean. I’ve never seen a single ant roach. Any kind of bug. Amazing viewing areas from the floor down from the 12th story write in the middle of everything you would need. Everyone has been amazingly patient with my horrible Spanish.

The room was perfect , but some items doesn't work well, the shower handles were broken, the soap dispenser and the soap stand were loose from the wall and continuously fallen to the floor, the white towels are off white, need a better laundry The room was great, but there were some issues with the amenities. The shower handles were broken, and the soap dispenser and stand were loose, causing them to constantly fall to the floor. Additionally, the white towels had a slightly off-white hue, suggesting they could benefit from better laundry treatment. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very responsive and helpful, and the location was fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and a safe area to walk around.

Clean rooms. The ac works great. The bed was really comfortable. We forgot something in our room after checkout and the staff was super helpful in retrieving it and keeping it until we could grab it.

Rooms in good condition, beds comfortable but no USB outlets in rooms. Restaurant always empty, hallways dark on most floors, elevator and key cards janky. Hotel does NOT look like promo photo. Staff meh...some eran muy amable, otros no mucho.

Great stay! There were some blimps, but the staff was courteous and solution oriented. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.

Taylor- The property was perfect. Well maintained, lovely decor, lovely rooms. I stayed in a suite for new years and it was lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a perfect area. Close to everything! Malls, food, shopping, supermarkets, transportation and more. They also have airport shuttle for a small fee and the driver is great! The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. I would stay here when I return. Thank you Exe Oriental! Happy New Year.

Internet speeds of 10-12 Mbps. Don't expect to be able to do any work here if you book. Totally unacceptable for the cost.

The hotel is good but has potential to be better. Amenities such as teabags and water are not provided in the room and so you have to request these separately. I think basic necessities like these should be readily available in the room. In this hotel (or maybe this area) there are signs in the bathrooms prohibiting flushing of anything other than bodily excrements. So you cannot even flush toilet paper so keep that in mind. The outside seated terrace as advertised is run down and requires upkeep and it’s not readily accessible to guests nor is it clean enough to make you want to stop and sit down there. The hotel is good for people who are staying for one or two nights. It is not cosy enough for longer stays in my opinion. It’s an okay hotel for people who are out during the day and need somewhere clean and safe to sleep at night. It has the potential to be so much better if these matters are addressed because there are supermarkets, metro and restaurants in close proximity so ideal location. Otherwise an affordable stay and the staff are kind and friendly. The cleaners clean the room to a decent standard daily as well. I hope my feedback is received kindly and constructively and no disrespect intended.

Good value for the price. Clean rooms. $30 extra to check in early. Lobby isnt air conditioned but the room was.

First room had broken AC, second reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom are run down and dirty, the shower would not drain so you stand in a pool of water. No potted water in the room. You have packets of instant coffee, but no pot to boil water. There is Nespresso but no pods. The breakfast is nasty-pieces of hot dogs in tomato sauce. Same food every single day. The keys stopped working on day two, couldn't get to or into your room. Pictures online are deceiving. Rooms are outdated and smelly.

The hotel is really nice — everything is clean and well-maintained. But here’s the problem: if you arrive at 10 p.m. or later, the guy at the front desk isn’t there because he’s busy dealing with other situations. The hotel should have security. They lock the front door, and you end up stuck outside knocking until someone shows up, which is unsafe because you could easily get robbed. The hotel’s parking lot is about 150 meters away, and you have to walk there with your key, open it yourself, and then when you return, you have to go open the door again and walk back. This service is terrible. Everything else is fine.
