Far from La Rambla and beach, it is a 45-50 minute drive

I really don’t understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. People need to learn how to read and maybe they won’t struggle so much with the checking in lol. I stayed here for 10 days and everything was great! Rooms are luxurious, spacious and clean. Staff are lovely and the location is great! My only down is the pool not being deep enough but other than that I’m very very happy and I’d like to say thanks!

I did not loke that that there was no concierge.

Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel worth it at the end.

We asked for a extra blanket didnt get it they said they will give us a extra room never got that.

Lovely staff and huge hotel rooms with a view

It was very bad stay and cheated us about available things and services they say but when we been there nothing

20 minutes from the Circuit de Catalunya and Barcelona so ideal for our stay. Roof top dip pool and solarium. Rooms great, comfortable beds and cleaners efficient. A real Spanish town- don’t expect a full English breakfast but enjoy the local laid back and friendly town. Only one Parking space at 10 euros per night which we took. No easy Parking in the town.
