I <3 Madrid. Lovely place to stay. However no information given about how to find the actual location

Positives - Great location in Madrid. Clean. Negatives - up 5 flights of very hot stairs. Really noisy squeaky air conditioning that makes it hard to sleep. No window to outside. Very poor and dishonest customer service from the property. We cancelled a night (in advance, using free cancellation) the property said that Hotels.com had not contacted them about it (they had) and refused the refund.

It was perfect but the problem it wasnt having a electrical lift and my room was in the 5th floor.

Noisy but we expected that. On the 4th floor 83 steps. We were capable of this climb but some would not be. Over 250m from reception to the apartment and the employee didn't offer to help carry some of the baggage to the room. No car access pedestrian only. Would I stay again the answer is no.

We stayed in one of the apartments which was perfect due to its central location. The room was adequate for our needs and had an excellent reception area and staff.

The location was different and we were given rooms on the 4th & 5th floor with no lift facility.

Our apartment was on the sixth floor of the building, but there was no elevator. I didn't really mind, but be prepared for a hike up (especially if you have luggage).

The apartment was pleasant. Easy living with a spacious bathroom (big shower was key) and a queen size bed in the bedroom (little tight). The apartment was directly located inside the center of Sole, which is a perfect location for everything and right outside the mall for quick shopping needs. End result, highly recommend this place.

Clean, Centric and close to transport hubs and restaurants

There were 4 of us in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Location is great, staff was available when needed. The 1st unit's shower was not working so we moved to another unit. The apartment tends to be small and noisy because its right beside the busy street and from the other tenants inside staircase as well.

These apartments are in a superb location and great value for money-very spacious, very comfy bed.

The photos in the ads have nothing to do with the actual accommodation. You attend the offices of this company and have to wait an exorbitant amount of time for someone to show up with the keys to the apartment. The apartment has no lift and if like me you come from Australia you can't take your luggage up 6 flights of steep stairs to the apartment. Then you are forced to leave your luggage in the office and they close when they feel like it so good luck gaining access to your stuff which they don't take responsibility for. Oh and by the way the heating did not warm the room in Spring and it is cold in Madrid so I can only imagine how bad this would be in winter. I would recommend for the price you stay at a hotel, my mistake thinking it would be like having an apartment to stay in that was comfortable.

Great location for seeing Madrid. Helpful staff. Office staff at different location to the apartments. No elevators. Well equipped but some repairs needed.

Location is perfect, clean rooms, good bathroom. Will stay again for sure.

Ubicación perfecta, único inconveniente la escalera 😞

Non ci avevano detto che all'arrivo bisognava pagare €200 di acconto (pagabili solo con carta, tra l'altro). Struttura al centro di madrid, a massimo 20 minuti a piedi puoi vedere i posti più importanti. Metropolitana vicina e zona vivace. Aspetto che ritornino l'acconto versato, speriamo bene.

Todo estuvo perfecto, ubicación, instalaciones, servicio.

Une honte qu'hotels.com propose ce bien ! Les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment et la taille du bien est bien en dessous de ce que l'on vous présente sur le site. Pas d'ascenseur, énormément de bruit, couverts pour 4 alors que on vous le présente pour 6, sale, bruyant pardon très bruyant... Et je n'ai pas assez de place pour faire une liste complète. C'est juste du vol!!!

Excelente ubicación. Nos dieron un departamento muy cómodo y lumpio.
