I had no water since my second day and had no response from the front desk and didn’t fix the water problem

Ice machine wasn’t working, the drinks they have for sale on the counter were room temperature, food was to spicy , they need to change the breakfast menu , they always serve the same thing

Antes de llegar al hotel, nos guiamos por el GPS, y nunca dimos con la direccion , nos mandaba a otro lado y eso lo hice 4 veces y asta que pregunte donde estava el hotel ONE, y asi es como dimos ..! Para que lo tomen en cuenta el hotel

Rooms were excellent

Ladies in the front desk were not as friendly, asked for ice, machine never finished making the ice, asked for a spoon she said there weren't any. The hotel had a horrible drainage smell on second and floor.

The posting y’all have for this hotel regarding rooms and beds is incorrect. I booked for two queen beds and got one queen bed. This hotel does not have any room with 2 queen beds

Clean, everything worked well, easy check in. Not a lot of frills, but good value for the price.

For the price, this is a very good hotel. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable. The downside is that it is really basic, just a bed, nightstands, tv and desk with a plastic chair. And I was underwhelmed by the breakfast. But all in all, it is a good value for the money and I would stay there again.

Very clean place

We have stayed there before and the room was fine. It looked like it had been upgraded. But this time the room we got look very deteriorated and dirty. For this reason, I was disappointed.
