Room was great, 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport.

Staff were great! Airport shuttle great! Chicken fingers and beer at the restaurant — WOW! Only feedback… I recommend in-room safes. Nothing happened, but I just like my room to have the in-room safes.

Bless the shuttle staff! Arrived in freezing and snowy weather, left in freezing, snowy weather. Kind shuttle staff came quickly to the airport, with a warm vehicle. Then, the next day, the gentleman driver stopped at the gas station close to the hotel when he heard we had lost our phone charging cable. Flight delayed, so we arrived too late for the restaurant, but we did get a lovely glass of wine in the bar. Dillon, at reception, checked the weather forecast when we checked in and loaned us a cord charger for our depleted phone: life saver! King room, spacious and clean, with a fab bed that had cozy covers. We were exhausted, and slept so well. Thank you, Holiday Inn! Yes, you will always be our go-to hotel in Indianapolis.

Noise control

The room was not in great shape. Tub stained with dirt. Ceiling cracked and peeling.

I was only there to sleep before an extremely early flight the next day. This hotel is located immediately across the street from the remote parking service I use, which is why I chose it. It's an average hotel.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful for early wake up and bus to airport.

The coffee was not good! It was very confusing that there are 3 Holiday Inns at the airport!

The airport is located close to Indy Int'l Airport, very convenient, about a 4 minute drive to the airport entrance. The room was very clean and relatively large, comfortable. Lobby and bar area were very nice too.

This hotel is located right next to fast park shuttle and is what we use everytime we go to the airport. Nice, friendly staff.

This was one of the nicest airport hotels I've stayed in for a long time, in Indy or elsewhere (and I'm 68, so have stayed at a lot of them.) Room, lobby, and corridors were immaculate. Front-desk staff were polite, friendly, and helpful (which was especially welcome because I had to check out at like 3:30 a.m. for an early plane.) I didn't need the airport shuttle, but nice to know it ran 24 hours a day. Just a pleasant experience all-around.
