Staff was great clean and very convenient next to a mayor mall

Amazing food

Staff was helpful and friendly always. There is always a taxi available outside the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained by cleaning service. I feel awful I forgot to leave a tip my last day!!! Please contact me if there is a way for me to pay them. Please!! Pool is nice. Bar at top of hotel has good pizza and drinks. Neighborhood was pretty safe. I was able to walk around through the night, but I wouldn’t recommend it and neither do the citizens. But there is a 24 hour farmacia on the same block and a larger one 2 blocks over to shop for items. Only bad thing is constantly being asked for money & monetary exchange services hours were pretty non-existent. But I recommend using Western Union to send yourself cash. It’s much cheaper than $$$ exchange or ATMs.

Nice place to stay in Cucuta, Colombia. The hotel is near to shopping center and restaurants.

Great overall stay. Staff extremely communicative and supportive. Only issue is if you have a car, parking is limited. If this isn't an issue, this was an amazing stay!
