The room is spacious, clean and the view is beautiful

Everything is wonderful here. The hotel is so clean and so spacious, I didn't expect that there would be a bathtub. The kids were also very happy staying here. The meal is good, there were lots of choices for breakfast.

Recommend hotel, many local places to eat.

Location and view are great, but the buffet breakfast quality can certainly improve more.

I must have an annual trip to Melaka to eat seafood. Tried few hotels in the city (Bandar Hilir) but end up always coming back to Swiss Garden. Always my 1st choice! Variety breakfast to choose for! Family friendly hotel and I've been visiting Swiss Garden since my son was 3 years old and now he is 14!:)

Recommended! Especially those of you who are vacationing with family and looking for a location close to the jonker walk and melaka river.

The hotel room is wonderful. Safe and comfy. I got to see the view of the city from the top floor of my room. The room is also fancy, clean, and complete with all facilities that we needed (hair dryer, iron, slipers, bathrobe, etc). If I came to Malacca again, I will stay in here.

Do not stay at this hotel, no hot water in room and customer service non existent. Balcony areas have no seating. Lack of charging points, no USB chargers in room. Floors outside bathroom are dangerously slippy. Avoid this hotel and stay elsewhere.

Everything was OK except the bathroom. Got bathtub but there is standing water from the bathroom floor.

Room was OK. Hard bed. Found a little cockroach inside toilet. Breakfast is variety. Ask to pay tax on the counter upon check in rm12. Location just nice.

Everything was excellent & that 's why every time we travel to Malacca we will stay in this hotel. No need headache thinking other hotel. Thank you.

Like the view from the room, it's just a shame that the hotel is a bit far from the Jongker area, and it's not comfortable to walk there. Finally, wherever you go you have to grab a ride

Very strategic location, in the city center. For culinary and tourist attractions, it is very close. Can be reached on foot. The hotel staff is also very friendly, the room atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant.
