​Review: Disappointing Experience – Room for Improvement ​We were unfortunately disappointed with our recent stay, primarily due to the location and value of our cabin. While the resort has some great features, there were several issues that impacted our holiday: ​Cabin Location & Privacy: We were assigned an older cabin at the far back of the property. Despite being booked as a "Superior" unit, it felt dated and lacked privacy, as the neighboring cabins were very close together. ​Orchard Noise: A significant downside was the proximity to the neighboring orchards. Gas cannons were firing from 6:30 AM until late evening. It would be helpful if the resort disclosed this noise at the time of booking, especially for those placed in the back rows. ​Amenities & Layout: The indoor/outdoor pool area is excellent, but it was nearly a 1km walk from our section of the park. Given how busy the pool gets on hot days, the resort feels like it has outgrown its current facilities; a second pool area at the other end of the park would make a huge difference. ​Maintenance & EV Charging: We noticed quite a few bugs in our room during the stay. Additionally, for those driving EVs, the on-site charging rates are quite high—we found it was about half the price to charge in nearby Cobram

First of all you didn’t explain the payment requirements properly as I thought I had paid a deposit. Second bed was not made and not enough towels. Our cabin was right at the very back, no where near any of the facilities and at 5 am every morning the sounds started to frighten the birds away from the orchard every 30 seconds. Not worth $279 per night. I was looking forward to staying there but not happy.

Comfortable rooms, clean, fantastic pools.

The stay was excellent with a smooth, hassle-free check-in and check-out process. The place was neat, clean, and well-maintained. We would love to visit again next time.

We were initially told there were no rooms available when we tried to book in as Racv City Members . So we jumped on line through expedia and there was some rooms available which we booked.

The cabin was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. The breakfast at the cafe was great.

Lakeside cabin was spacious for 2 people, clean, warm and had a wonderful view. The ability to purchase regular milk on site was also a bonus. Great recommendation for dinner that included a courtesy pick up and return home.

Lovely cabin great size , very clean, beds were so comfortable , close to shopping, very helpful and friendly staff

Fantastic place to take the kids, with all the amenities right outside your door. Our cabin was large, with everything in it and very clean.

No internet in the cabin,, no signal, When checking in,, the receptionist is not friendly as i thought. For me and family well not come back for sure
