It was a really nice place

Front desk ladies were amazing!

The Hotel was great as were the staff. The dislike regarded a customer with truck and trailer who found it appropriate to take five parking spaces for his needs when there were other options he could use. I say he because I saw him in the morning start up his truck and leave.

kinda expensive but it's very nice. we had to bring our dog so our options were limited.

The last day of our stay, my Wife discovered little red abrasions on her skin. Since leaving, they`ve spread to different parts of her body. Hands, arms, back and legs from what we assumed to be bed bugs. Now, its 2 days days later and they`ve only intensified. Guess we should`ve figured something was wrong when we were told housekeeping services the rooms "every other day." Excuse me! How can you do such a thing especially if you allow pest in the rooms. We`re very dissatisfied because until spending the weekend there, she`s never had a skin issue of this nature. This says alot about the cleaning...or lack there of at this particular location. We will be contacting them for a refund. This is rediculous and we would not reccommend this location to anyone.

I booked this hotel because it had a indoor pool and I had my grandchildren with me. The pool was cold and I was told by the front desk that they don’t control it. The heat could only be turned up when the person who takes care of the pool comes by. Needless to say it was cold the whole weekend. On a totally different note, I realize this hotel is pet friendly, but a guest brought their dog into the breakfast area and carried it around while she was getting food. The dog was near all of the breakfast items and then she sat it on a chair at a table next to her.
