Beautiful, aesthetic hotel property! Rooms were very spacious and a great view of the valleys. Staff members were polite and helpful. The hotel lobby / dining area was quiet and great lunch options. The spa was also a great experience and perfect after a long day of walking around.

Excelent hotel and wonderful staff, if you’re in Segovia this is the place

We hadn’t been to Segovia since ’91. What a surprise to find out how much we missed on our first visit. This hotel was lovely, and in a perfect location. It was a very short, and scenic walk to the Alcázar and the Aqueduct. They are on opposite ends of this marvelous town. Our room had a corner location, providing a view over beautiful countryside below; storks nesting on the roof, and abundant bird life below. Breakfast was buffet style with ample room and a broad selection of hot and cold items, both sweet and savory. Eggs could be ordered in your specific style if you wanted them. Otherwise, scrambled eggs were on the buffet. Lovely, helpful, staff at the front desk. Altogether a pleasant experience.

Beautiful place in a beautiful town

Absolutely stunning property in the most magical town. Our family (two tween boys) loved this exceptional historic hotel, which was once a convent, truly exceeding our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the serene atmosphere that the building’s rich history radiates. The hotel has been wonderfully updated, blending modern amenities with its old-world charm and thick stone walls. Every room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh, offering a perfect balance of comfort and tradition. The beautiful spa area was an added bonus, providing a perfect escape for relaxation, with a lovely design that respects the hotel’s heritage. The tranquility of the spa complemented the overall calming vibe of the place. A delightful surprise was the sight of storks nesting in the nearby towers. It was such a unique and picturesque feature, watching the elegant birds soaring above and nesting high on the rooftops—all with spectacular hills and valleys in the backdrop. Overall, this hotel was a perfect blend of history, comfort, and beauty, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a unique experience. It was the perfect start of a wonderful tour of Spain!

The towels are always an issue here, sometimes they room is well stocked, sometimes it isn't, so after staying there 4 times, I think they lack consistency. Staff is friendly and the property is beautiful.

I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. Excellent staff.

Really nice hotel! Great staff excellent location

Good location. Beautiful views. Clean hotel. But... Wasted a lot of water filling up the tub to take a relaxing jetted bath, for the jets to not work and the button for them had exposed wires. The shower also flooded the bathroom because there was no seal. Definitely not 5 star hotel quality. Also, no smart tv or anything. Not a huge deal but its supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Something that simple should be an option.
