Staff is beyond hard working, accommodating, professional and welcoming! It does get very warm in the room but there is a window you can open to get fresh air. I will be more than happy to stay again.

Its location was ok for me--18 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the arena, with Carrefour stores nearby. The included breakfast was good. The room was very quiet except for other guests in the corridor or closing their room doors. The bed was comfy. Some attention was needed when using the shower, as it can flood a little if you're careless.

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful especially with off site parking. The lift was over used as staff and guests used the same one. The AC was effective but noisy. The room was quiet but quite small. The shower cubicle was small. During our 2 night stay our room was made up and fresh towels provided. No tea/coffee making facilities. It is a 10min walk to the Arène in Nîmes and a 35 min drive to the Pont du Gard. The hôtel is situated in a none tourist area which was fine with us.

The staff are outstanding, really helpful and with a smile. Breakfasts are great value. 10 minute walk to colluseum. Lots of good value eateries within 15 minute walk. there is a self service launderette 5 minutes away along with small supermarket. Buses and trams stop outside the hotel. In town behind the railway station you can get buses to Avignon or Arles for 2 euro each way

Fantastic value for money in this spotless budget hotel. Walkable to main square, good parking within 100 metres. Everything you could want in a hotel, barring fridge and kettle.

It’s a good, standard no- frills hotel, ideal for an overnight stay. I arrived late, after 22.00, and the concierge was very helpful and friendly.

Difficult to get the car to a safe space to load/unload due to parking restrictions. Nothing of note in area round.

Staff member who checked us in was reasonably friendly but not very helpful and hardly spoke english despite the website saying their staff spoke English. The room was tiny and a bit dated although was clean, the bathroom smelled of old cigarettes, as did the towels and the shower was tiny. We had breakfast and while there was nothing wrong with it, there was nothing great either, there weren't many healthy options and it was quite off putting when the staff member started shoveling jam from the buffet onto his croissant and eating it. Carpark spaces were very small, for small cars only. Hotel was very close to central district, especially the arena

It was a long hot walk from the station with a heavy pack to find there was a problem with the payment for the booking. I had a receipt but had to pay the hotel once more. In a funny mix of English, french and google translate l got my room whicg already had thexair-con. going. I felt like l had died and gone to heaven A simple, but crisp and clean room. Breakfast OK for the price. Popular. Still waiting to see what happens about payment with Hotels.com. this hotel is a bit out of the way if you are walking back alonecat night perhaps.

Parking is only open during reception time, which means, few hours a day. Room cleaning has not be done because, that day, we left the room after 12. Breakfast was not like ohter B&Bs I visited, it had few choices of vienoiserie and yogurts, and had the american type of coffe instead of expresso we had the other time. Also, they were 4 people during breakfast time, one of them putting the croissant with her bare hand and one man was eating in the open kitchen. Also, when we left at 12 the day of our departure, a couple was waiting outside saying they were having this room. They said they had booked it from 11AM which is crazy when people can check outuntil 12. Well, it was not a great experience, for 62 Euros per night + 6 euros Breakfast.
