A nightmare sleeping at Cedar house. Very noisy and staff are very unhelpful when it came to complaining about the noises.

Stay was really good

Great place to stay over and get access to local facilities which were a short drive away. Rooms were comfortable.

Run was spot on

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-organized, and had a fresh, clean scent as soon as I walked in. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly paid attention to detail throughout the space. The bathroom was equally clean, with neatly arranged toiletries and no signs of wear or mess.

We didn't have pets. There was a fan that served well....no air conditioning.

Great stop over hotel, just what we needed… cleaners very noisy on the corridor in the morning, breakfast was plentiful with excellent choices

Good value for money

Self checkin avaliable upon entry. Opted to find a member of staff who was very friendly and welcoming. Paid parking which at £4.00 per night seemed excessive but stated when booking. Clean, well presented room, seemed fairly recently redecorated although the carpets throughout clean but in need of refreshing. Very pleasant stay. Bathroom with bath above shower, very quiet room and very comfy bed. Will return if in the area.

Did work but didn’t use it

Staff were attentive and helpful, everything worked as it should and all food served was of a great standard especially the fish and chips! Thank you

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and polite. The breakfasts were hot and cooked and presented well, but only when brought from the kitchen. Otherwise breakfasts are generally cold and weary.

Staff were very nice but unfortunately we stayed in a family room and room and bathroom were tired, air conditioning panel was broken. Single beds in family room only suitable for young children, not for teenagers as too small!

A member of staff, I think she was the duty manager went beyond the extra mile....very comforting to see that still exists
