The room was dirty. But after changing rooms for a 2nd time, we were given a bigger, cleaned room. Staff was nice

Rooms given were so out of service. Toilet would not flush and bathroom was really small. Could not sleep because of construction. We didget another room which was great. All you would need is to check if everything functions.

Staff was awesome very respectful and kind. Great location many restaurants and stores, and the Cathedral are in walking distance. The only downside is the WIFI it wouldn’t connect. Other than that I felt safe, I was coming from Michoacan and it was a good to stay to rest for only one night before going to the airport the next morning.

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. However the beds and the overall condition of the hotel was not great. The area it’s amazing though everything in downtown is at a walking distance.

Area was good distance from main road therefore quiet to sleep. Restrooms had mold, water came out from the shower and tile was falling off. A refrigerator would have been convenient.

Good location

The hotel was conveniently located and among the best priced in the downtown area. We obtained an upgraded spacious room with king beds when our room was not ready upon arrival. The shower water was hot.

Friendly people good buffet breakfast for $7.50 each. The walls and windows are thin so you hear noises outside but did not bother me much. Needs some fixing which looks like they started to do on the 7th floor. Wood stay again since great location.

The property was not clean, the bathroom was molded... the bathroom door did not work.... The towels were super old and stained... The beds were unconformable... The only reason I gave two stars is because the hotel had a convinient parking.

Good option, near to a lot or popular Places in Guadalajara, very convenient! The food Is good and the people Is very friendly.

Muy maltratado

Older building, Easy registration 3rd floor. windows where old and you can hear the cars. The bathroom smell either to sewage or mold. Very little privacy with a vent in the main door. I don’t recommend a tub for people with disabilities or older because is mounted a high step and complicated to get out. The bed was comfortable. Hot water. 4 blocks from the catedral and Metro station. I recommend this hotel if you will be one or two nights for sleep and shower.
