The staff is friendly and helpful, I think it's not bad for one night stay.

The hotel claims the bathroom water heaters are supplied by solar panels. Due to the rain no hot water. Shower is one of the most important thing any visitor will look for. Knowing how unpredictable Malaysian weather can be, how come no backup electricity? This is unacceptable! I demand for partial refund.

The best hotel..beyond my expectations..

The hotel is close to the Mall just walking distance, the room is also clean and provided with a gallon to refill drinking water. The room is also clean, the staff is also friendly.

Pillow are dirty when we complain to front service counter staff name by IKA very rude can ask customer this is the room we can Gv you. If you dunt like room you can go out. When we say want to talk to manager the staff didn’t Gv any contact. Worst experience in my life

Check-in process was very smooth. Friendly staff, provided all important information as soon as we checked in like hotel Wi-Fi, local tourist fee, and deposit. To be honest, the deposit was quite high, but it's okay. They only provided toilet paper, towel, slippers, and soap. It was a little bit hard to find parking, and rooms at the ground floor have zero access to mobile internet service. Luckily, Wi-Fi was provided but a little bit too slow. Overall, nice place to stay.

The room is very comfortable, clean toilet. Free to refill water from coway outside of the room. There is a limited parking car in the hotel. Everything looks good. But because I'm muslim, the presence of dog outside of the lobby kind a bit disturbing 😔🙏.

Front desk person was rude. Didn't admit her mistake.

The counter lady was really rigid and rude. I called one day earlier told her I booked two room hope to get near room. Then on check in date itself, I purposely went earlier at 11am. The moment customer check out. To get near room. She say wiill give one ground floor room, one more at first floor room. Since my dad and mum both 80 years old, so I agree. They ground floor, I first floor. Then she say check in must wait till 3pm. Fine. So we left. Come back at 2.40pm. Ask for key, she say cannot check in, wait till 3pm. We go off again. Room available but cannot check in. We wait in the car. Go in again at 3.05pm, she pass me two room keys. But both also 2nd floor. She earlier say give ground floor, but suddenly changed her word. First she say the ground floor room not yet clean up. So I say okie, I will wait for ground floor. Then she twist again. She say she already give to other customer. Wow! Keep twisting her word. End up she say she is busy. DOn't want entertain me. She ask everyone to come in and que at 3pm, of course she busy la. What a lousy service. 2nd, deposit. I pay cash RM200, she don't want. She prefer online transfer. So next morning check out, again must wait for her office side refund the RM200. If directly I pay cash, she check out return me RM200, it would save time and hussle for both. She is really so rigid. The service is poor. Cleaning service is GOOD. I ask for help out clean the room dirty floor, another lady was really kind, She came with her son, and clean up very fast. Really good. Location is okie.

We need a place for a short rest/a night before heading north (our final stop is Gerik). The location is great! There is a hawker stall next to it, so we don't have to be worried of it. Besides, they do sell some snacks, water, hot cup at the counter, so no need to drive to a convenient stall to get them. The water heater functions really well. Bed, toilet, everything is clean. Overall, this budget hotel exceeded my expectation.

Cheapest in ipoh but the wifi blocked a lot of websites and most of the apps couldn't use.

One room collect rm 100 for deposit and internet connection very poor room towels and cover bed so dirty and smell TV old model.

Stayed with my family. Nice room. Very spacious. Recommended place to stay.-the hot water not hot enough.- recommend to put electric kettle so that no need to go and bring water from a filter everytime.

Very bad …. No parking … no iron ….

Parking spot limited. Receptionist (the malay woman) is friendly. The room cleaner (the malay & indian women) is very helpful. As a woman, unable to use a iron for my cloth and dresses is quite sad. All in all with the price, I'll sure will come again. Thank you.
