General services and room conditions were very good but carparking arrangement at basement needed huge improvement.

Last day 3 days I was move to nicer view but should be nice if the whole stay I have a nicer view

Same as the Tianhe Hilton, the staff doesn’t know about One world Alliance

My stay quite good its just one instance that the water drain down the ceiling during my stay…

Good modern hotel in a convenient location. Good views looking over lake (& night time laser show)

The road in front of the property is under construction, was quite hard for the taxi to find the main entrance of the hotel. Pleasant stay overall. Clean rooms and spacious. Service is good as always. Swift check-in and check-out, FO offered an upgrade to the executive floor which was awesome!
