Stunning property! We arrived at Hurricane Jeri excited to check in, and they kindly upgraded us to their property Villa Mandi and it was incredibly beautiful, private and the staff were amazing (especially Andressa, the cleaning staff, and Eduardo who made the BEST caipirinhas!) We were able to use the facilities of both properties which were beside eachother. We will definitely be back soon.

Even though the overall experience was excellent the staff was not friendly at all the front desk person at checkout was awful arrogant and very rude…

Beutiful property, with L’occitane amenities. Great poll with sea view, wonderful service and very close to the city center.

Gorgeous hotel overlooking the ocean. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast, which was slightly different each day. The pool was perfect and the landscaping was also. There were only two issues with our room. First, the lighting was very dim so have your phone flashlight ready. Second, our hot tub would not hold water and the jets did not work so we could not use it.

Hotel e muito bem localizado, proximo aos principais bares e lojinhas no centro, não e afetado pelo barulho dos bares e músicas dos bares centrais. Pessoal da Recepção do hotel muito educados e amigáveis e auxiliam com todas as informações necessarias. Limpesa dos quartos e excelente, ar condicionado, Wifi e ótima, Televisão com canais tanto de rede aberto quanto rede fechada, muito boa qualidade. Cafe da manhã com várias opções e ofendo pedir tudo oque quiser sem nenhum custo adicionou, ótimo bar à beira da piscina com várias opções de comida e bebida custo a parte. Piscina excelente com uma vista para o mar. O Hotel fornece informações sobre transporte e passeios turísticos na região.

Adoramos o pôr do sol. O atendimento foi espetacular, funcionários amáveis e solícitos. A Localização é excelente. Café da manhã com direito a tapiocas e crepes. Dica: aproveite a maré baixa para ir caminhando e apreciando a praia até a "Pedra furada", um dos muitos pontos turísticos de Jeri.
