The rooms and facilities were good. The location is ok. It's a 10min walk to the station which takes you to copenhagen centre. The main thing that ruined our stay was the service. They did not give us the breakfast cards which we paid for. Then they asked 600 dkk for our dog which we already paid but we didn't remember so we just paid. After checking a few days later we saw that we paid double the price. When we checked out we went to tell the lady at the reception who was not friendly at all. At first she could not even find the mistake so i had to show her the receipts. Their communication is also bad. While we were having breakfast, the 'friendly' lady told us: 'dogs not allowed in here' - with no further instructions. After removing ourselves from the breakfast area without even finishing it, we noticed that we could eat in the lobby the next day. So yeah i guess they could work on their communication. We did not feel welcome at all.

We had a wonderful stay; our party of 3, with a Service Dog, fit comfortably in the room. The beds were just what our tired bodies needed, after traveling from Göteborg, Sweden! :-)). The staff was warm, welcoming, kind, and informative! The location is good -- lots of nearby shops, a mall, and some restaurants/cafes; it is approximately 30-45 minutes, via bus to Copenhagen Central Station; which was fine for me, but some in our party would have liked to be a bit closer to Ny Haven -- without Ny Haven pricing, though ;-)!

Clean, convenient hotel with decent rooms and good buffet breakfast, on the small pedestrianised shopping area in Herlev. There is a lift to the upper floors, but be aware that the ground floor rooms are accessed in a corridor up 5 steps from the ground floor. The reception area has a small bar with draught beer, some spirits, and wine available at reasonable prices. WiFi is decent in the hotel, and there was good lighting in my room as well as a decent desk, kettle/tea/coffee and a mini fridge. TV had basic international news channels. The reception staff were efficient and helpful. The only food offering at present is breakfast, with plenty of breads, Danish pastries, cheese and charcuterie, yogurts and cereals, plus hot scrambled eggs and sausages. The coffee is acceptable but no decent tea (only fruit stuff, not proper English breakfast tea). Take your own bags in your cabin baggage! Locally there are a couple of reasonable restaurants, some shops, but otherwise not a huge amount going on. However, it was a convenient location for my business visit nearby. It was about 25 mins taxi from the airport, but be warned, the taxis are not cheap in the area! If I need to return to the area I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is about half an hour from the city centre by metro or train or 45/50 mins on a bus. You will need to walk about 10 mins from the train station or you can get a bus which takes 5 mins. The area near the hotel is nice. The Hotel design is simple and modern and its restaurant serves good quality breakfast. We received a quality service from the staff, and the room was spacious and well equipped. The rooms could use special sun blinds as they can get quite hot, the curtains in our room were not enough to keep the room a bit cooler as we don’t like the aircon.

If I were to come back to Denmark I'd go to this hotel each time! The service was AMAZING they are the kindest and most caring people I've ever met, when we arrived we were greeted by the most amazing woman named Ola. She helped us with the parking even made sure we weren't waiting too long since we drove for 8 hours the whole night. I would never even have to look for another hotel because this one would always be the go to hotel. Thank you for having us at this amazing place and being a part of our experience in our first time in Denmark!🙏🏻❤️
