El hotel muy tranquilo, el staff es extraordinario, todos muy amables y útiles, las habitaciones cómodas, solo el baño es muy pequeño, pero la verdad todo excelente

Hotel muy limpio y el desayuno continental excelente con la señora que prepara ahí mismo un omelette o huevitos al gusto de lo mejor. Los meseros y todo el personal desde la llegada con una atencion excepcional. Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar.

La comida

Delicious breakfast, will be nice is they could be hitting more. Comfortable beds and pillows, everything clean.

Hotel is great, is my go to whenever I am in the Irapuato area. There seems to be just one working elevator so in mornings getting up and down the rooms could be a little of a wait. Best of all I think is the underground parking which is very safe.

Our ac wasnt cooling, the cable didnt work, and there was a lamp we needed fixed but when reported they just said they would send the technician the next day but no one ever came

Great place to stay

Great location everything is walkable distance, the grocery store near by is very practical, my only complaint would be the shower curtain was very old and the bed lines were worn down

Everything was outstanding, staff very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, restaurant staff very kind and on top of the seevice. Very highly recomended.

Inconvenient - luggage had to be carried u & down steps at entrance

Property needs lots of improvements . Many common areas are in bad condition.
