Wonderful location in town, walking distance to restaurants / shops etc. the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I woke not wanting to move. The sheets were so luxurious and bed so comfy. We got the hotel shuttle to the beach driven by a wonderful lady, so friendly and helpful. The hotel provided deck chairs, a parasol and towels. We would stay there again without hesitation. Lovely hotel

I’ve stayed multiple times and it’s been a pleasure each time - location is perfect in Southampton with drivable access to East Hampton, Bridge Hampton, Sag Harbor etc. Rooms have been clean, staff has been friendly and helpful.

Fun easy stay next to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. We walked to dinners nightly. No need for Ubers. We took bikes to the beach- they also offer a free shuttle to the beach with towels and chairs.

Such a great find! Close to Cooper’s Beach! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Prime location and beautiful sitting area outside. The pool is an added plus.

Loved the atmosphere Room was nicely cleaned but rug was not clean and had spots Stayed off season so only had breakfast which was good

Hallway smelled like it was attached to the exhaust done the restaurant below…. I almost left. Bare rooms, but bed was comfy.

Beautiful boutique hotel in awesome Southampton. Outdoor heated pool. Beautiful gardens. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Nice venue for small wedding or event.

Lovely stay - clean rooms - beautifully done every day. Great location. Small issues TV impossible to work out how to turn on and the breakfast range was a little tired and uninspiring. Nicer to go out in the morning.
