The hotel was busy and crowded, very near to Central station. One of our rooms was on the different entrance as the main building. Close proximity to few attractions and many eatery places nearby. Facilities need some upgrade but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Location is the best. The room is small and has no water boiler for our tea and coffee. Lucky the tap water is drinkable. There are 2 bunk beds but unfortunately, the hotel didn't make the bed for the upstairs bed, so, we have to do it ourselves even though we specifically booked for 5 guests in that room, for us this is not comfortable at all especially after long hour trip. The coffee shop at the lobby area is quite busy and nice place to chill out.

Very recommended stay in Copenhagen. Really closed to railway central station & city center it is absolutely walking distance from the hotel. My two kids really like the bunk bed. Overall we will sure come back to this hotel when visit Copenhagen again 😊

This hostel is beyond my expectation. It does not have a reception. It is a self check-in. I can only check-in at 3pm. I stored my luggage in a locker facilities 5kr/hr. It is just two minutes walk to the central station and about 13 minutes to the airport. There are affordable restaurants next to the hostel. I stayed in a mixed dorm with four beds. They are all friendly people. Towel and shampoo, body wash are provided. The price is reasonable and I would like to come back again if I have the chance to visit Copenhagen in future.

My mother and I stayed recently just for one night, and it was a good thing that it was only one night. Here's why. 1. Came in and saw there were no signs of a front desk, which was confusing. Then one of the staff members asked us if we needed help. My mother kindly asked where we could check in, and you know how the woman answered? She answered by asking us. And I quote, she asked, "you mean where or when?" and she didn't ask it in a nice way; she asked in a sassy, condescending way and tone. First off, we're asian, we're english speakers, and english is our first language. For her to ask my mother like that, and for her to even ask that kind of question is unprofessional. So con #1: sassy, condescending, and/or racist staff. 2. So we checked in and waited until 3pm to go to our room. So when the time came and we went to our dorm, we got a bit of a surprise. Now for some people, it may be nothing, but the moment we went to our assigned beds, we noticed something was up. What was that, you wonder? Well i'm glad you asked. The beds that were not used yet were not made. Don't know if that's the norm for all of the hostels here in copenhagen, so if it is, then I apologize. But we didn't like that. But then (gasp) what's this? Someone messed up one of our beds. Yay. That or the housekeeper completely forgot to make it. Either way, yay. We suspected that someone was freeloading and using my mother's bed, so she went down to the "front desk" and informed them about it. And you wanna know what they said to her? They basically told her that it's not their problem and that if the person comes back, she'll just have to stand up and fend for herself. Yeah. What a way to provide customer service. So con #2: freeloaders. Also, terrible customer service. Other than that and the other usual inconsiderate travellers who spray in the dorm where everyone can smell it and the smell lingers until ten minutes or so after someone opens a window or two, here are a few pros: the place looks nice, it's convenient, and the facilities are kind of cool. That's it. Also, I just want let anyone who's still sticking around and reading this paragraph (if you are, then thanks god you're reading this before deciding to book this place) that anyone, and I mean anyone, can easily use the wi-fi that the hostel provides. All you gotta do to is put in any email address and that's pretty much it. No password. Awesome, right? Not really if you think about it. Why? One word: hackers. If you get it, good. If not, then... Just know that just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean that it's good or safe. Always have a vpn with you if possible.

My sis and I were separated to stay in different dorm. I only found it out after leaving the reception counter. My sis's bed was switched personally by another girl who stayed in the same room. Her belonging was touched by the housekeeping the next day after the girl checked out from the hostel.

Location is near the Copenhagen center train. It is easy to find. Around here easy to find the cheap food or supermarket. If you want to cook, here has a big kitchen to do. Here has locker to leave your luggage. 1hr/5 kr
