In my Assigned broom the water was not working, the staff changed to a bigger room but the heating was not working properly has the room was cold.

The room is not AT ALL what was advertised. It said queen bed, it's a double, and so old you can feel every spring, there's no hot tub in the room even though the photos of the room we picked clearly had them advertised. The wifi was spotty and you could hear people having a conversation right outside our room door

It was like a tiny little oasis, in the middle of a big snowstorm.. It smelled great. The room was very nice and clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding

No sure it was fresh. Hot tub Luke warm.

Everything was perfect

This hotel was great. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again. The only downside was that the room looked a little rough around the edges and was lacking in hooks for towels, etc. Otherwise everything was great.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le spa et l'hôtel. Personnel sympathique. Quant au déjeuner, j'ai bien aimé.

Quiet (interior room), nice to amenities, Clean room

We decided to join sleeping there with feeling pampared with spa services. Wow! We did not regret this choice. We truly lived a quiet, cozy and zen afternoon in their beatiful spa.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Inn. I know from past visits that not all rooms are as great as mine: I was in the building with an elevator for starters, while some rooms are accessible only by stairs. I also had a patio right outside my door. Some rooms do not.So, if you have mobility issues, best to request a room that has the elevator service. the breakfast is varied and plentiful (smoked salmon a definite plus). Carré St-Louis next door is both beautiful and historic, and the Metro (subway) is right across the street.

Great location

I enjoyed this boutique hotel. It was calming. The staff were knowledgeable. The breakfast room had everything anyone would want to start the day. I enjoyed both the spa and had a massage. These were extra but worth it. I would return.

Front desk very generously offered me coffee and a croissant while I was waiting for my room
