New hotel but the bathroom was full of Mosquitos all the time. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice Sweet Hotel has a friendly staff that are helpful in many ways. Unfortunately at our stay, there were issues with the water. That is not their fault and the fixed the problem right away. The bed was comfortable, clean, as was the room. The breakfast was good, but a little cold. I submit that for the price, the hotel offers a valuable experience.

Hotel let us check in early after our overnight bus from Yangon which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable enough that we were able to have a good night sleep. The hotel isn't close to any of the sites but Mandalay in general is spread out so you need a taxi/scooter to get around anyway. The one disappointing thing is that they wouldn't let arrange a 'take away' breakfast for us even though we had already paid for it, response given "you will have breakfast on the ferry to Bagan"...which wasn't much anyway and seemed irrelevant statement to make anyway.

This is a new hotel, but in a part of town that is not yet developed. The staff are excellent, they went out and bout me food and cigarettes at no extra charge/ fee because they are in a part of town where it would have been a 15 minute walk.
