Main issue was completely absent water pressure on the morning of September 26th. Also, we expressed a preference for ice in the room daily, but instead were told to call the front desk when we needed. A problem, because the phone in our room did not work. Staff at front desks were helpful and courteous in every instance, including check-in.

The Staff at Serras demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They consistently made efforts to improve our stay, whether it was helping make plans, recommendations on local dining, or an extra cappuccino. We were very impressed.

Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff…. Serras Barcelona is a WONDERFUL hotel. The lobby and rooms were beautifully appointed. Every night we came home to a small delicious treat from the kitchen. The room was quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect— even a steamer and flat iron for your hair. The best part was the TERRIFIC staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including making reservations at local restaurants and attractions. This will definitely be our home away from home in Barcelona. Thank you to Joao, Augustina and all Serras team!
