Friendly staff

Arrived early and staff was warm and friendly. While the hotel was wonderful, the area was just a slight discomforting.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay. Exercise room was nice.

The staff and location was excellent for the entire stay. However given its location next to the main road the loud traffic in the night can become disruptive.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Spacious room; comfortable bed; clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet is excellent, with plenty of seating during peak times. However the area immediately adjacent to the hotel is awful - red light district with junkies shooting up on the sidewalk at all hours

The room is not cleaned even I hag the "clean room tag" in front of my door. When telling to the hotel front desk is rude and impolite and just tell I have to hang the tag in front of the door. Ridiculously I told I had done correctly but they just not listen and believe. Very impolite and rudely handled. Finally I ask some plastics bags and clean by myself. Then the front desk seems satisfied for that.

Privilege location, quiet

The hotel and staff was very friendly but the area around the hotel was a little sketchy. The block the hotel was on was totally fine but if you wondered into town I google maps takes you through an area with people openly using hard drugs. I think if you were to know how to avoid this area before hand it would be fine it just caught us off guard

Nice property. Close to shopping. Food was very good.

Hotel is great. Not much for sit in dining options nearby unless u book ahead. Having the red light district was a bit of a surprise but my fault for not checking .. staff informed us when we checked in .. was not an issue and we would definitely book here again .. thought the breakfast was a little high priced .. most expensive in all the hotel we had stayed in during our Germany stay

A mini fridge in the room would of been nice

Easy check in, clean room. Beds were hard for my taste but comfy. It was quite warm at night considering its Nov/Dec in Germany so we opened the windows to sleep at night which let in mosquitos. (Who knew those damn things could survive in this weather!) My primary reason for giving this hotel 4 vs 5 stars is the neighborhood. It’s literally one block from the “red light” area full of brothels and junkies breaking glass and screaming at all hours. Lots of sirens, which were annoying considering the need for open windows. Overall fine but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

When we opend the Windows for more air circulation, we were supriszed that our room became full of mosquitos, as there was no window screens My wife and I were awakened mid night by itching , and horified to find 50 or more mosquitos in our room. After hours spent killing them, we went back to sleep, but awoke in the morniny with approx 30 bites on each of us, on our faces, shoulders, neck and arms. We spent the next 4 days trying to recover !!!! We had no idea there would be swarms of mosquitos in Frankfurt in late November Mark Hofstetter - Toronto, Canada

The hotel was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are hit and the air conditioning even when turned down low was not great and had to open the windows. Trouble was noise and loads or sirens all night. Just round the corner was a drugs hostel and a red light district and taxi driver said he'd never go there at night. Some lovely areas with the Christmas Market, but saw people passed out through drugs and using crack pipes. Shame as ever area has issues but Frankfurt was bad and right near the train station was really bad.
