Damp room, no 2-way air conditioning, stairs, no daily housekeeping staff.

Like tricking your brother into booking a room, be careful not to be greedy for cheap prices, the receptionist's attitude is terrible. I just want you guys not to be like me, losing money and getting sick, no other intention.

Small room, uncomfortable lack of air, not clean

Room rates are cheap, but the room quality is not very good. I booked 4 people in a bed, but received only 2 bunk beds because around 19:30 they could not arrange beds. Shared toilets should smell and choke. In general, if you only take a few hours to take a bath and go to the bathroom, it will still work, but the service is a bit boring. warm, gentle receptionist.

Rooms are fully furnished, only the shower is weak. Change personal tools, towels daily. The siblings are very cute, hospitable, very enthusiastic. Located right in the old town, convenient for sightseeing. Will come back here when I have the opportunity to Hanoi

I find the room in this hotel is old, cramped, the shower room flows slowly, the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature as required. Service style: staff are not enthusiastic to help when I need to park my car at the hotel, until I rent a car at the hotel to be sent.

Staff not friendly, room too small, no slippers in room

Hanoi is a very crowded city and the hotel is strategically located, near the dining venue and certainly not so far from the bus terminal. Love this place and hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the room is cleaned daily, good wifi. Furniture in a slightly old room.

the hotel is perfect for you who do not have enough money to travel. the room is contained with more than 4 beds, have an air conditioner, and extra fan inside your bed "rooms", however you have to share your bathroom with the other people. the room also have veranda to the outside of hanoi old city. it is have a hot water shower but usually doesn't work after some people used it. the receptionist is also perfect, she used to help the tourist and very nice.

Pretty good for a night's stay here.
