our room had a pair of jeans in the bottom of the cabinet. a note about leaving food out will bring the ants in. and the pool is outside and very tiny.

Very nice place for the money. Breakfast was a plus.

The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Don't eat outside the pool was infested with wasps. We tried to eat outside and were ran off by all the wasp. The breakfast is limited and the room is really small and gets very crowded.

Staff rude upon check in. Requested a room and didn’t get the room and the room smelt of bad dog urine and poop. Asked for air freshener and they didn’t have any. Asked to be moved and wouldn’t. Finally next day staff called manager to let them know our situation and we finally were moved to requested room. That room smelt as well not as bad but it was right next to smelly room. Needs new air units as they smell. Used to like this hotel but no more.

I had a family emergency and called immediately to let the manager know. Don’t expect or hope for flexibility re: a refund. She didn’t care what the reason was. I’ll book elsewhere next time I visit Hood River.

They were very friendly. The room was clean.

Property was very clean, great views of the river, very good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. Stay on second or third floor for best views. They have an elevator and swimming pool. Restaurant in walking distance had many food options. Jet boating within walking distance.

Great location with lots of things close by to get to for Eating and Entertainment

Excellent location on the river and near restaurants. Our view of the river was soothing.

Our room had awesome view of river with balcony. Super lovely 🙂

Staff is so friendly and informative. Love the frog chorus at night. Beds very comfy. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service.

The view of the river is nice.The room is not bad for what it is. The only real complaint I have is that the bed was not comfortable at all. My back still hurts
