Unfortunately, No VIP access was included on my reservation. Everything was ok, very good experience and service was great. The room was so clean and well equipped but far from the reception. The overall look and atmosphere were just great ! And it deserves to be revisited again.

The hotel is an excellent place to relax and unwind. It feels like being at a retreat, where you can relax in an easy going environment surrounder by green grasses and great beach view.. Excellent dining options with high quality ingredients. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, the restaurants, and at the beach. We loved our seaside villa. The daily fruit plate and mineral waters are a nice touch.

Very beautiful hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Lots of dining options to choose from. We loved the restaurant outside that had nice smoothies and live musicians that played instruments & also sang live. The food was so fresh and lots of options in the buffet restaurant. The staff was so attentive in picking up used plates and offering drinks. They had a nice selection of wines as well. Our room was very comfortable, big king size bed, lots of counter space, lamps, and bathroom was clean with separate toilet room. I loved the tile floor as it was clean. The mini bar came with a kettle for tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were really professional and accommodating. Had to make last minute changes in my room, and they were able to accommodate. Throughout the stay they reached out for help.

Great location in the off-season. Plan to return in summer and see if it gets too crowded

Best experience. Breath taking hotel. The vip lounge was definitely a highlight, great staff and amazing coffee. Our room was beautiful and kept so nicely. Definitely one of the best pool areas I’ve ever seen and we travel a lot. The beach and golfing were perfect. Thank you!

My wife and I had a wonderful trip the La Cigale. From the moment we arrived the staff was welcoming and friendly. The spa was very relaxing and offered beautiful views of the sea and coastline. The rooms were modern and spacious and housekeeping was thorough and frequent. The cafe was our favorite, a great place to relax and unwind after a day of walking around the hotel and swimming in the pool. The restaurants and buffets offer a good selection of food and great service with a smile. The jazz bar was perfect for some music and a drink by the fireplace.

The bedding not confortable, mattresses quality could be improved! The hotel design and facilities remain with high standard. The staff very welcoming.

I was denied staying in the hotel

La Cigale Tabarka Hôtel Spa & Golf proved to be a highly disappointing stay. The food at both the buffet and a la carte restaurants was terrible, necessitating constant order changes, and the high prices did not match the quality. The internet was a major issue, with unreliable and slow wifi that rendered it virtually unusable. The room experience was marred by a clogged shower drain, leading to a room change that required unnecessary effort. Moreover, the initial room did not match the promised full sea view, prompting a struggle with the staff to get what was paid for. While some staff members were commendable in their efforts, they could not compensate for the overall letdown. Considering the exorbitant cost and various disappointments, I would not recommend this hotel and have no plans to return.

The Spa facility is topnotch! In awe . What an experience. Will be back again
