This was our first time staying at the Prestige and we are very happy to have chosen this property for our family. The staff were all very friendly, restaurants both had good food and were kid friendly (mac and cheese/chicken tenders, high chairs and coloring supplies) and our oldest spent the majority of her time in the pool. We were able to bring our golden retriever with us which was wonderful as there was no weight limit or extra charge for a larger breed just one fee, and they even supplied a dog bed and dog bowls. As two adults with two young children, and a large dog it was a great place to stay. Additionally it was a very accessible place in terms of walkability. Easy/short walk to the shops in town, to the wharf and close to trails for longer walks and bike riding.

Great location right by the lake, we stayed in the two bedroom suite, decent size although the kitchen was a bit tired. Enjoyed our stay would recommend.

We booked a balcony room that overlooked the lake and it was just beautiful. Clean rooms and nice pool area as well!

Amazing location and very clean rooms and awesome views

The pool & hot tub were great. The location can't be beat. The bird estuary and walk to the wharf were the highlights. Staff were helpful & friendly. The complimentary bikes & kayaks were an extra bonus. Only a few minor issues with our room. The kitchen cabinets were very worn out, kitcgen floor was dirty and it vibrated periodically (maybe A/C duct work?), felt like a small earthquake. Could hear people's footsteps above us throughout our 5 day stay. Overall, liked the resort but not our executive suite.

We just stayed here over the weekend and he staff were ALL so amazing. So kind and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay excellent. The housekeeper did an incredible job too. Such a beautiful and clean place to stay. The gym is HUGE. Love the outdoor/indoor pool options. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Nice upscale accomodations

Room was spacious,staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative was the vending machines had been removed from all but the main floor and selection was not great.

Great location overlooking the lake. Good dinner in the pub and yummy breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Well appointed for both the town and lake. The bar was busy and modern. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Only stayed overnight but would definitely stay again if we visit.

The view is lovely, birds singing, wonderful walking areas, and perfect location. The staff is beyond fantastic. Our room was top floor , lakeside and topnotch.

Awesome stay with the jacuzzi. Expensive but well worth it.

The facility and location were excellent. Didn't use the pool although it looked wonderful. Disappointed that there were no change rooms at the pool. Really enjoyed eating at the Brixx Brewhouse.
