Pluses: Cool AC, delicious breakfast, great location near Juanda Station, decent service, clean. Minuses: Room, old, damp wardrobe, couldn't print documents even though I wanted to pay.

The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The vibe was homey, with all the amenities available, including a TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and even a closet. However, the lights could be dimmed or equipped with dual-mode lighting, as they can be a bit dim at night.

The hotel is indeed old, and cleanliness needs to be addressed. I noticed puddles near the room, but they weren't cleaned. The unpaid tax stamp in front of the hotel was a bit of an eyesore. The room was decent, but I didn't have time to try the restaurant because I bought my own food.

The hotel has a strategic location if there is a need to be close to the Istiqlal Mosque, for public transportation access is also very good, there is the Juanda KRL and the nearest busway stop.

From the outside, the building looks majestic with its colonial architecture. An old building that retains its original charm.
