It is definitely a good resort, as we, as a family, have gone a few times. The facilities are great. Food was good and improving compared to the previous years we went to the same resort. The staff and the animation team were very nice and friendly. My only serious concern was about the aqua park. When we go up the stairs to reach the stage for using the aqua park (the slides), the stage fence is made of horizontal steel with big gaps in between. I was very concerned that if a young child or toddler slips on the wet floor and accidentally slips towards that fence, the child can easily pass through the big gaps and fall off from that high floor, especially that that stage is usually crowded with many kids as the resort is usually fully-booked. So I strongly suggest that the resort should seriously consider putting more bars (horizontal and vertical) on the fence so that no child can pass through that fence.
