Sauna was great!

Fantastic spa area - great during the day and also in the evening. Super lakeside location and is only a short walk from Radolfzell - a pretty town along the lake.

Long waiting time for checking in and checking out. You pay for everything from parking to sauna (last day). The sauna is good but definitely the price for the hotel is too high for the service you receive.

I occasionally use this modern hotel as an overnight stop and it is always clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the English speaking manager is charming. They have a bit of an issue with noise - there are a lot of solid surfaces and nothing to absorb sound - so not so great for light sleepers wanting an early night or those hoping for a lie in in the morning.

Hotel had nice rooms however spa is fully nude - in which I was not aware of. Resturant/room service quite pricey. Accidently booked room under one name instead of two and had to pay 65 euros extra despire having a double.room. Included breakfast was good.

This is a Top spa resort the rooms are well appointed some with great views of the lake. The roof bar as a nice terrace with spectacular views over the lake and mountains in the distance. Food faultless like eating in a Mechlin star restaurant every night. The actual spa fantastic a wide variety of treatments I highly recommend that you make a visit here

Nice hotel & spa but sadly the restaurant in the hotel is terrible. The restaurant at the spa is good.

Stayed in a Japanese Suite - comfortable, spacious and well designed. Extensive clean and modern spa area.

I really liked the location of this hotel. We had a good view from our room and the size of the balcony was amazing. There is also a gorgeous view from the terrace. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. When the A/C in our room didn't work, we were given a new room, so we appreciated the good service too. The spa was also nice. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of dead bugs on the walls/ceiling. It was understandable since bugs flew in whenever we opened the door, but the maid service should be on the lookout for cleaning them up between visitors. The free minibar items were a good bonus too! The wifi worked well. The breakfast was good too.

Especially the wellness area is very nice.

Great hidden gem:) glad we went and stayed here. Food was amazing! Bed was a bit stiff but highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel. Great rooms restaurant and spa. But was charged for an included in the rate parking. And front desk staff has refused in an extremely rude way to cancel the charge although i presented an email with confirmation. Thats exactly the way how to lose good clients

Great hotel. Simple but functional. The only thing they need is a gym.
