The staff was gentle and supportive, but when I checked in, they forgot to clean the room. When I left, the staff had already cleaned the room. The hotel staff will pay more attention later.

It was great, I was really well taken care of during my 4 days here. Later, the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station Metro was really convenient to get to the center, walking to the VinBus E05 bus station to the lake or the historical museum was also very convenient. There are many food brands around as well as Com Village. It's also convenient to go to the Park.

The furniture was quite old, room 606 was very stuffy. The air conditioner was broken, I turned it on, after taking a shower the air conditioner was still hot, because I was quite tired I went to sleep, woke up at 2:30-5:00 pm and was soaked because the air conditioner was not cool, the room smelled. As a result I took another shower and checked out even though I had paid for the night's rent.

I think we should replace the TV because it is too old.
