Oh the pillows!!! So many! Confy beds. Constant coffee, music in the pavilion. Awesome shower & clean. Loved our stay! Best staff & loved the ice & water machine to fill your yeti mug! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to the Island & more! Thank u

Clean room

Walkable to the Island and nice clean rooms.

The parking could get a little dicey when you arrive after dark, late, as parking in back near elevator and rooms was often nearly full. Happily there was always one or two places left. People who run hotel are very nice and rooms were always cleaned everyday. Enjoyed staying here snd would stay again if i ever return to Pigeon Forge.

Always a wonderful stay. The room was wonderful and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Our favorite place to stay.

Did not like the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Was not comfortable climbing over the side to use the shower. Would have preferred a stand alone shower. The only other issue with the room was the lack of a closet or anywhere to hang clothes. Other than that, the king bed jr suite was very roomy and comfortable. Staff was the best. Very friendly and accommodating. The free pancake breakfast was a yummy bonus. We parked our car and walked most everywhere we wanted to visit. Very convenient location. Will be staying there again in our next trip.

Clean and updated rooms extremely friendly staff. My only issue is myself personally I can't stand most perfumey smells and the clean with fabuloso and to me it stinks but at least you knew that they cleaned

Nice refurbished motel on the strip. Clean. Only complaint is not having accessible outlets to charge phones.

It looks newly remodeled and was clean, but the outside/parking lot looked like that haven’t gotten to that yet.

Stay was alright, had a loud neighbor, that made a lot of noise in the middle of the night, but other than that the stay was good
