The worst villa I ever paid in Bali. When we arrived, the receptionist didn't have our booking through agent. We have to wait and ask agent's helpdesk to contact villa management. It takes hours to resolved. Shower was broken, how can they expect guest to have shower? Bedsheet was dirty with some spots on the sheets. Pool water was dirty. No night shift for security or receptionist. And power was off around 5.30 AM in the morning. We will never come back.

I have often booked hotels / villas via a new online agent this time to find a villa that I feel is not worth booking here. The condition of the villa is very alarming. Without receptionist room (parking lot is used as receptionist's place). Water shower like a spatter. Villa with dirty private swimming pool. Record orders for breakfast using order paper that has been filled in by previous visitors. Villas that are in a state of want to sell but are still published on the website. Overall the value is only 1 in 10.

We are a family and often vacation to rent hotels and villas, this time very very disappointing. The arrogant reception of the operational manager did not consider us guests and worse there was no communication with the reservation staff and my son was me until my husband was invited to noisily and had no good intention to apologize for his hotel. Initially I booked a rooftop pool villa, then arrived there and instead was given a room with an ordinary swimming pool. Before booking I agreed on the phone that I booked a pool on the second floor with 2 rooms and 2 rooms not booked, locked. Very disappointed because I was not told from the beginning that the villa for the 4 rooms earlier could be booked with a choice of 2 rooms, instead when I called before the transfer was said to be allowed and would be booked. Then the employees who enter and leave the villa without permission are not comfortable because at that time we have many girls swimming. The lights in each corner are not bright, then the breakfast is not too tasty and mostly flavoring. Thx.
