Strategic location, close to everywhere, very close to the weekend night market, friendly staff, can exchange money, drop off at the airport at an affordable price, there is a lift which is very helpful.

The room was spacious. I can early check-in once get there, so thankful about that. Even though not sleep and only book it while waiting bus to sapa, it’s quite worth the price. The only issue is the lift. Have kind of gap so be careful of your steps.

My 5 nights stay at this hotel already feels like home. Location is very good at the center of Old Quarter, every destination that I want to go is just under 10 mins walk. Great staff and great communication too.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was really nice, and the location is fantastic – it's strategically located near the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even though they didn't speak much English. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Old hotel right on top of footspa and money changer. The room is so dusty, you couldn't walk in barefoot. Very uncomfortable bed, very noisy environment.

Small hotel but staff are very enthusiastic and cute.
