the room is clean but unfortunately all the rooms smell of cigarette smoke

Room is dirty, no complimentary water/coffee. Bed and pillow too hard. Cannot sleep properly. Towels are too smelly, maybe been use for decades already.

The AC is broken, but instead I got a fan.

Location is good, however they didn't provide mineral water and shampoo.

The location is very close to Pasar Karat, near JBCC, the location is good. Fortunately, the small room has an elevator, suitable for just sleeping

Rooms are too narrow, location is red district. It's just easy to find food. It's near JB Central Station.

The elevator is narrow and there is no telephone. This hotel seems to be for short stays only.

Lift very small come out lift very smelly door very hard very hard to knock the door place look hunted bed no good toilet like people staying in kampong wall a lot of spider web around 2am there is people shouting outside overal this place cannot stay very jalat very scary will not come back and stay again hope you understand thanks you very much.

The hotel is dirty. sleep bandai hives. The sheets are not clean it seems noisy again.
