My booking via traveloka was not "inlisted in their system". I booked 2 rooms in the afternoon. I checked-in in the evening, yet the room was still not prepared. The room was smelly and dirty although I have waited for about 30 minutes for them to "prepare" the room. I can see rodents running around in front of my room. Really bad experience. Definitely not coming back.

Came here because of the training held at the hotel, the staff is friendly, the WIFI is SUPER FAST AND STABLE, the location is strategic, the room is overall clean, the only drawback is that there are still leftovers from the previous occupants' food in the refrigerator. Across from and around the hotel there are several interesting cafes. Overall GREAT 👍👍

A historic hotel in Bali. From the time of Bung Karno. The building and rooms are very classic. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, there is no bidet or toilet in the bathroom. So I was a bit confused when taking a shower.
A hotel that is struggling in times of crisis like now. The number of staff is also small.
Hopefully it can rise again.

The location is great, right in the middle of Denpasar city. A heritage hotel that is still very well maintained and cared for. We really appreciate the friendly and helpful service from all the staffs.

The location is very good because it is in the city center, but the hotel atmosphere is a bit scary, room service is not open 24 hours, but the rooms are quite spacious but some of them need to be checked again for cleanliness.
