Hotel is in a good location, close to shops, bakeries, restaurants. However it is on the main road and there is quite a lot of street nice during the day and at night

El personal es muy amable y cordial, en especial David, muchas gracias. Tiene una buena ubicación. Lo que no me gustó fue: Calefacción apagada por mucho tiempo y se prende a las 18 horas y luego se apaga cada dos horas y se siente frío. Duchas extremadamente pequeñas. El acceso por las escaleras es muy angosto.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit small but was perfect for 2. The shower was also small but the water pressure made up for it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially since my knowledge of the Spanish language is quite limited. The bedroom and closet were decent size. The bathroom is quite small with limited places to store toiletries, both at the sink and in the shower. The shower was a bit difficult to work since it often slide down the shaft and the hot/cold water control was difficult. The breakfast choices were limited but the food was fresh and tasty. Economically priced.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and shower. The sink was quite small. There is no place in the shower to place toiletries which is a bit inconvenient. The included breakfast was rather basic, including orange juice, coffee, and pastry. The hotel lobby is quite small; just a desk and then the elevator. No place to sit and relax.

This is a bare bones property that is well located but squeezed in on a busy commercial street. Small compact accommodation. Not deluxe by any means - friendly staff.

Café montgre across The street was awesome. Do not miss it! Parking was great too

I stayed in Ourense to do some archival research, all I needed was a reasonably priced accommodation located close to downtown.

We got into the city a little bit earlier than we expected, we left our luggage at the hotel and went our to get some lunch came back and went into our room.

オウレンセ旧市街の入口にあり、フレンドリーな窓口対応が気持ちいいです。　ホテル時代は古いですが、そこは納得すればいい事です。　ホテル出口すぐそばがタクシースタンドで客待ちのタクシーが居るので駅に戻るのも便利です。　観光に関しても通常公式のインフォメーションを使うのですが、オウレンセはそれが充実していない反面ホテル窓口対応が良くかつ十分でした。

Hotel con muy buena ubicación. Habitación limpia, pero hace algo de color, con el ventilador del techo no es suficiente. El personal tanto de recepción como la chica de la cafetería muy amables.

El hotel está en un edificio viejito, con un ascensor muy pequeño. La habitación y el baño son de tamaño reducido y poco cómodos. Ventana a patio interior, poca luz y vista nada interesante. Mucho ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. Le haría falta una buena reforma. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, se puede salir a caminar a la parte antigua y tiene muchos comercios alrededor. Personal muy amable.
