i liked the pool area, although i didn't get to use it, i liked the look of it. the continental breakfast was good. i loved their coffee machine options. both my husband and i got vanilla cappuccinos which were delicious. the rooms are spacious and include microwave and fridge which was convenient. the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. the property is outdated, it could use a little bit of sprucing up, but over all it was clean and convenient.

The saving grace for this hotel is the sauna, we arrived and were told that the 3rd party we booked with didn’t pay them. They said they’d put us in a room for now, but we’ve got to fix it. I spent 2 hours getting it fixed. The pool was closed by then. We were sent to one room, the sheets weren’t made up on the bed, we were sent to another room. The entire time we kept having to walk to reception because the phone was busy. The hotel has disappointedly gone down hill since I visited 10 years ago, when it was the Highwayman .

The fridge leaked all over the floor - slippping hazard - leaked in the night and was noticed in the morning, extremely basic room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of pillow as well.

It was a night stay

The room smelled like cigarette smoke . There was black mold in the bathroom.

Would not choose a. Hotel that is pet friendly again. Felt like we were staying in a dog kennel. Dogs barking constantly even through the night. Not what we bargained for.

Nice little spot and extra bonus for the outside balconies. Little bump at first our bed was dirty but the front desk staff got us new bedding as soon as we said something, very helpful and kind Will definitely stay again

I thought it was closer to Casinorama but it's 10 - 15 minute drive, Uber was a great service. The hotel is very nice, clean and, quiet. Would stay there everytime I go to a concert.

While the staff are kind and work hard to keep this place afloat, it is a decaying building in need of serious renovating. The property is surrounded with rat poison boxes, the rooms are musty and many walls are visibly falling apart.

This hotel had value, sufficient services for a low price.

The breakfast provided was very basic and did not reflect the value for the price paid. Essential amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and flip‑flops were not available. The pool area resembled a public recreation centre rather than a hotel facility, and there were too many manually operated doors, which reduced convenience. Overall, the experience did not align with the standards expected from Quality Inn—unfortunately, the “quality” was missing.

Room was ok security deposit held back because Expedia did not pay the hotel paid 472 for a dumpy hotel

The property around the hotel was beautiful kept. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue I had was the bathroom was very small and the tub drain was acting up. Other than that, we had a great over night stay.

Our room was clean and spacious, and we were happy our room was ready at around 14:30, and the receptionist let us check in to our room. However, the TV doesn’t work. ( We came late at night, and left after breakfast, so we didn’t ask staff for help.). It was good to have a fridge in our room, but it makes loud noises. I turned it down, and the noise was gone. But at around 2AM. I woke up because of the noise from the fridge. I wish I could’ve turned off the fridge. The toilet seat slid sideways and we couldn’t get it to stabilize!

the rooms were nice and clean, the pool was nice! the staff is friendly & helpful. Little breakfast buffet in the morning was nice. Wish the TV was a bit bigger though, lol

First room: checked mattress for bedbugs as I always do, found a dead one between the mattress and box spring. Moved to the second room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Moved to the 3rd room and it worked out. Was not told prior that the arcade which is a huge reason we picked it was closed for Reno’s. Staff did a good job trying to fix my room..

An excellent continental breakfast.

This hotel is very run down. We had a lower room smoking and pet which I asked for a non smoking and no pets. It smelled like smoke. The air conditioning unit is very loud Breakfast was the usual for continental. We did use the pool or hot tub and our key room didn’t work in the door next to our room so we had to use another one further. I don’t think I’d go back there

The first room we were given had a smell an the jacuzzi tub had black mold under the handles and in the plug an jets The window in the room was dirty. The second room they gave us to make up for the first room was nice and for the most part that we could tell was clean. They did not reimburse us for the room but gave us two 10 doller Tim Hortons cards and an apology. Overall, the people were nice and helpful, but they were lacking in cleanliness when it came to the room. I would still stay there again, but it would definitely be checking the room first

Ice machine broke, we were to get our water from bathtub spout. Staff had no time to get us water because it was change of shift. So no water. Shoppers was closed.
