Fantastic experience, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Exceptional staff and owners that offered friendly, quick, and efficient customer service. Restaurant was absolutely excellent. Hôtel building is high quality, and well maintained. Liked this hotel so much that I reserved for additional nights. Great location, everything you need is nearby; absolutely fantastic in every way.

It is a wonderful friendly hotel, excellent food and excellent location in a beautiful part of Austria.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. The service and hospitality of the staff was exemplary; the breakfast buffet was among the best I've ever had; the amenities (including the pool, sauna, aromatherapy rooms, etc.) were excellent; the room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the village, mountains and slopes; and the location was ideal for local sightseeing and skiing. Every night we were there the hotel provided some sort of musical entertainment (including a harp player to set the mood during the amazing buffet one evening). They provided us with bus cards that could be used to ride the local buses to different villages in Wildschonau and get discounts at local attractions. The hotel is right next to a couple smaller ski slopes and a ski shop where you can rent skis or other winter gear and short walking distance from stores, restaurants, a supermarket, a beautiful baroque church and other attractions. This is a family owned and run establishment and it shows in the warmth, the diligence and the efforts of the staff. We arrived at around 12:30 am and they kindly accommodated our late arrival. They even prepare a personalized daily newsletter every morning providing a daily list of activities, tips and trivia that they place at the reserved breakfast table for each room/family. If I ever visit this region again, I will certainly stay at this hotel again. Thank you!

We are big fans of family hotels in Austria - usually, hospitality, food and comfort are extremely good. In this hotel, we found the staff very friendly but the food was mediocre. The bedroom was very nice, as were the public rooms. However, there were two drawbacks for us. The swimming pool was icy cold and this detracted from the otherwise very good spa facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel allowed smoking in several public areas such as the bars and one of the restaurants. This was enough to stop us attending the evening entertainment.

Made very welcome on arrival. Lovely room with excellent views. Food was good with very good service.

Bijzonder prettige ontvangst en heel goede faciliteiten. Kamer was tip top in orde. Restaurant prima kwaliteit en uitgebreid. Gehorigheid kamer was enige minpunt. Doordat het na 2200 stil was viel dat verder mee.

Das ganze Team hat sich sehr bemüht, unsere paar Tage Skiurlaub angenehm zu gestalten. Die Preisgestaltung war sehr fair (das Einzelzimmer wurde sogar im Vergleich zur Buchung im Preis reduziert). Zimmer und Pool waren relativ klein, aber der Service sehr zuvorkommend.

Ich war nur eine Nacht zu Gast und hatte leider auch keine Zeit den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Leute sehr nett, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Sehr schöneres ausgesprochen großes Zimmer. Alle zusätzlichen Wünsche wie Sauna, Massage und Lunch Packet wurden erfüllt. Gern jederzeit wieder.

Wir waren mit Hund und 2 Kindern ein paar Tage zu Gast. Den Spielplatz und die Rodelbahn in der Nachbarschaft fanden wir super. Essen war sehr gut.

We stayed with two kids for one night and had a really good time at the hotel. The room was spacious with a balcony, personnell very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had plenty ot offer. In winter I would miss something to brew tea in the room, but in summer we were just fine. At the end we did not have the time to try the swimming pool, so that remains for the next visit.

De sauna was super en het eten ook, heerlijke bedden.

Hyggeligt hotel God service Dejlig morgenmad

Skønt familie drevet hotel, vi havde halvpension med i prisen og det har vi ikke fortrudt på noget tidspunkt. God solid mad, det er vel det man kalder husmandkost eller mormormad, men hold da op der var smag i, kraftfulde supper og gode tilberedte retter hver dag, fantastiske værelse med god plads og FLOT udsigt og meget venligt personale
