I have stayed at many hotels around Patong beach area and find this to be the all round best for this price range. Cheap, clean, relatively close to beach, Bangla rd, and everything else you need is near by. Only complaint is the shower is a bit hit and miss, hot or cold hard to get a good balance but then sometimes good.
