The location is integrated with Sun City Mall and close to the water park swimming pool.

Once you stay here, it's directly connected to the mall, so it's convenient when you're bored in your room.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful during the check-in process.

From the moment I entered the room until I checked out, the noise in the corridor was incredibly audible. The rooms to the right and left were constantly making noise, as if they were being repaired. From the moment I slept until morning, the noise from above the room was non-stop, until I woke up at 3 a.m. Finally, I called the receptionist at 6 a.m., and they immediately went silent. The pillows were uncomfortable, very hard. The location is good, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the noise and hard pillows made for an uncomfortable rest.

Overall it's good, but the toilet flush is hard to press, the bathroom smells a bit from the drain.

The hotel is connected to a mall, so if you're bored you can feast your eyes on the mall 😃

This is our third stay at this hotel, and it's always comfortable and fun. The hotel is connected to a mall, so you can enjoy in-house dining, watch XXI movies, and shop. It's all great. You can jog in the Sun City complex in the morning. One word: recommended!

The hotel is actually comfortable, but the airtightness isn't great because the upstairs rooms are really noisy. It's annoying, but I can overlook it because of my generosity. 😍🙏 The shower water isn't strong enough. But overall, it's quite good and comfortable. And it could be improved further. 😍👍

Attending my nephew's wedding and staying overnight, while reminiscing after decades of not traveling to Madiun.... Sun City Hotel, strategic and comfortable.
