Thank God, it was already evening. The journey back home from Solo was tiring, so we looked for a hotel close to shopping and souvenir shops. The Sun Hotel was chosen. Check-in was quite quick, and the receptionist was very clear in conveying the information we needed. When we arrived at our room, thankfully, it was quite spacious, with standard amenities and adequate lighting. Oh yes, there was even something different from other hotels: a copy of the Quran and a prayer mat were on the shelf. The bathroom was quite clean with standard amenities, with a shower and hot water working properly. The bed was quite comfortable, though it would be nice to add more pillows for added comfort. Another plus is that the hotel is connected to a mall, with a door leading into the mall, so you don't have to drive if you want to shop there. Also nearby is the legendary Madiun pecel rice restaurant, Yu Gembrot, which we can reach on foot, while also looking for traditional snacks south of the hotel. Thankfully, there were no issues until check-out, and the staff on duty made things easy. Thank you.

The room was okay. The toilet was mediocre, lacking in amenities. The hotel is integrated with a mall, which is cool. There are plenty of culinary options nearby.

This hotel is in the same complex as a mall, water park, shophouses, and a full culinary selection. From fast food to coffee shops, you're guaranteed to feel at home here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is adequate, as it's part of the mall, so it's quite spacious and has plenty of space. Good job, Sun City Madiun.
