Our family of 4 loved it here! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and take advantage of the sauna and spa on the property. Our dinner was delicious, as was breakfast. Beautiful grounds and inn, neatly tucked away. My boys raved about the Ettal Dunkle they drank, only to find it was made in the nearby monastery brewery. We left with 2 kegs! Again, we wish we could have stayed longer but enjoyed the scenery, the ambience, the beer, the service and the old world, heavy-beamed style of the restaurant.
