Excellent hotel in an exceptional walkable location. Breakfast was included too. There are plenty of options nearby as far as shops, restaurants, attractions.

There is no pool and hallways seem very dark

The hotel was clean ans staff was so nice. Hotel is also close to shopping and dining options. Highly recommended.

Hotel located in Centro near beautiful park and the city cathedral. Secure underground parking. Room was excellent. One of the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve experienced in a long while. Hotel is located within a Plaza Building which offers a Movie theater and several restaurants.

I didn't like that the front desk woman made a Copy Of My US Passport when she asked me for an ID, she should have only see it but no to copy it, I make Holiday Inn responsible for the misuse of my US Passport; We got an ugly room with not view and I mentioned this to the front desk lady but they just didn't care. No Hotel in The US or Europe have ever made copies of my ID

Everything ok

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights at this hotel. It was easy to access, easy parking ( 25 pesos a night) and extremely clean. You can easily walk over to the park. The room was large and the beds were confortable. The breakfast had fruit, breads, cereal , eggs, a variety of other dishes.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Parking is paid separate and there was a festival when we arrived so we didn’t have parking for a while. Otherwise, everything was great.

I didn’t like the problem with the elevators failing constantly
